The Zentrallabor Witowski - accredited to ISO 17025 since 2008 - worked for years with spreadsheets, paper forms, and analog logbooks. Excel entries could be edited after the fact. For an accredited lab, that was both a risk and an efficiency bottleneck.
Our problem wasn't the lack of a system. It was that nobody enjoyed documenting things. With LabThunder, the barrier is so low that it just happens - usage has increased significantly, without us having to convince anyone to do it.
