As a former service technician and now CEO, he combines deep technical understanding with strategic vision. His goal: to create software that goes far beyond a classic LIMS, intelligently bringing together lab knowledge and equipment management.

Roberth is the technical driving force behind LabThunder. With years of experience in software development and a strong instinct for user-centered, minimalist design, he combines deep technical expertise with a refined sense for genuine product experiences.As CTO, he shapes the architecture, scalability, and UI/UX of LabThunder. He makes complex lab processes intuitive and finds clear, elegant solutions for every challenge. His attention to detail and calm approach to problem-solving ensure LabThunder's reliability and ongoing development - today and tomorrow.

Manuel is responsible for building sales and growth at LabThunder. With his experience in business development and his understanding of the requirements of the lab industry, he combines market knowledge with a clear focus on sustainable business development.As CRO, he develops sales structures, builds strategic partnerships, and supports customers from initial idea through to the successful implementation of LabThunder.

Andreas has more than 20 years of management experience in start-ups and software companies in the pharma and healthcare industry. At LabThunder, he supports us as a Business Angel and Technical Advisor - in building scalable structures and in operational management.His focus is on efficient processes, clear organizational structures, and robust quality management. He ensures that strategic goals are consistently translated into practice.With his experience, Andreas helps us grow scalably and reliably meet regulatory requirements.

Luis combines analytical thinking, creative clarity, and a deep understanding of modern brand management. With his eye for targeted communication, he makes complex topics understandable and positions LabThunder effectively in the market. Through his experience in content strategy, campaigns, and digital storytelling, he helps us reach the right labs at the right time - and make our vision visible for the long term.

Deepankar is primarily responsible for developing our proprietary Thunder AI and brings cutting-edge expertise in machine learning, web, and cloud technologies. With his sharp focus on performance, scalability, and intelligent architecture, he shapes the technical foundation that drives Thunder AI and LabThunder as a whole. His drive for innovation and structured way of working make him a central pillar of our engineering team.

Fawad supports us in the ongoing development of the LabThunder Core App. With his experience developing various SaaS products, he helps us continuously improve our application and make it more secure, stable, and scalable.

Sohaib is a Senior Full-Stack Developer on our team. In addition to further developing the LabThunder Core ecosystem, he holds a master’s degree in Machine Learning and plays a key role in the development of our Thunder AI Agents.
